Host / Hostess

About the Role We are looking for a warm, energetic, and organized Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire dining experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making people feel welcome, we want to meet you! What You’ll Do Warmly greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave. Manage reservations, waitlists, and the seating chart using [insert reservation system, e.g., Resy/OpenTable]. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Answer phone calls to take reservations and answer general inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Communicate wait times and guest needs effectively to servers and management. What We’re Looking For: A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Ability to remain calm and organized during peak dining hours. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
