Producer Members CA$200.00/year For businesses whose primary focus is producing food and beverage products. Examples: Farms, greenhouses, orchards, fisheries, food producers, specialty food manufacturers, artisans, makers and producers selling through farmers' markets and retail. Small Culinary Business Members CA$600.00/year For independent and smaller hospitality businesses whose primary focus is serving guests and operating hospitality experiences. Examples: Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, caterers, breweries with taprooms, wineries with tasting rooms, distilleries open to the public and cideries with hospitality operations. Large Culinary Business Members CA$850.00/year For larger and multi-location hospitality businesses whose primary focus is serving guests and operating hospitality experiences. Examples: Hotels, food halls, restaurant groups and multi-site operators. Industry Associates CA$750.00/year Organizations supporting the culinary and hospitality industry including suppliers, professional services, education, tourism, government and technology.
